Abstract

The work of the thermoelectric cooler which consists of the main and auxiliary elements from the point of view of the cooler factor has been investigated. The dependence of cooler factor on temperature difference has been found. It comes from obtained numerical data the cooler factor has a little value therefore the given cooler can be used for cooling microelectronic devices which produce a little heat by working.
